Hide Apps in Salesforce:
(1) In this blog we will learn how to hide apps in Salesforce software. First of all, go to the app launcher and click on view all as shown below.
(2) We hide all these apps which are highlighted under the red box as shown below.
(3) Now go to the Quick Find box and search for Profiles and click on it as shown below.
(4) On the Profiles Setup page, click on the S and you see the System Administrator option and click on it as shown below.
(5) Now click on the Edit button as shown below.
(6) You find Custom App Settings and here you can hide any app which you want by unticking it. We hide all apps which we have highlighted in the second step above and then click the Save button as shown below.
(7) Now go to the app launcher and search for these apps or simply click on View all you cannot find these apps as shown below.
